Thanks Mike - I remember back in 95 at the Korbon Audio Forum when Ron Trout was talking about it even then - he wanted to call it "Apples to Apples" and have a logo of a pair of Apples (duh). But I digress...
"magnet hugenizer" - that's funny

"magnet hugenizer" -- The covers on the backs of the P1 and P2 series subs are there to make them look more appealing (to some) when the subs are inverted. They are removable for those that wish to do so. By the way, some shops have the new P3s and those feature a one-piece metal basket that is very appealing.
The P3001 retails for $299.99 and we have them in (should be) all of the Visions stores. The birth certificates I have seen so far rate them @ 400 rms @ 2ohms. I personally like the look and the new remote bass gain dials are nicer than last year but harder to modify.
Also the RF logo has LED's behind it and it "pulses" based on volume. Kinda neat but could be a minor distraction at night if the amp is in view.
It still relaitvely small but it is larger in size than last years and I don't think there is an amplink setup. Maybe Mike Bisson will know more.
