the C U Next Tuesday that has been living in my basement has finally moved out, what a nightmare ive had tryimg to evict this woman, its quite difficult to evict someone, althought the laws in bc have changed recently too make it eassier to evict people, its still a very time consuming and potentially costly process, they call the new laws pay or pack, pay your rent or get the "f" out, this girl i had requested to have the locks changed, her right by the bc tenancy act, 3 times in 10 days, you have to do it too or it gives the roach tennant ammunition when it comes to arbitration, if it gets that far, if anyone needs more information or is going through a rough time with a tennant, ive become quite well versed in the tenency avt maybe i could help. today is a good day, no more noisey, smoking, stinking, crack doing, no rent paying, foul mouthed, dirty rotten living in my basement, btw, this girl is anurse in the cancer ward at kelowna general hospital, her name is shannon johal and she is a roach, dont rent to her and pray to god you dont ever get cancer in kelowna and if you do go to a hospital elsewhere
I offer the following info from landlord to landlord:
a)if they rent, they usually have bad credit or other "problem" that prevents them from buying a house.
b)expect to get screwed out of the last months rent and/or damage deposit.
c)that stain in the living room carpet will never come out.

it seems as though she may be gone, who the f*ck moves at 3:00 in the morning, crazy beautch, im going to arbitration today at 3:30 to get the arbitrator to grant me right to file papers with the supreme court to force her to pay me 2 months rent, my right because she didnt dispute anything so far officially, and if she doesnt pay, i can have an order granted to garnishee her wages, i dont think she will be very happy when she gets the news, too ***kin bad
