meh, they all rape...
I pay $20 a year and get %12 interest with RBC. Hahaha, the suckers gave me a $3000 limit.
Scotia bank is telling me if I transfer my CC debt over to them I can have %3 or something for 6monthes.... hmmm, tempting but well see how high I charge it before the school year is done..

Best deal I've found is Capital One Platinum MasterCard. $50,000 limit, no fee, all typical Platinum benefits (extended warranty, rental car insurance, etc.) & 5.99% interest as long as you keep your payments on time.
If you want any type of reward program you're going to have to pay for it. I also have a CIBC Visa offering 1% cash dividend also at no fee but it's 19.9% interest.

I get no real rewards. That being said, anything i buy, if the money isn't actually in my acct to pay it off, go's onto my line of credits, which is essentially prime or prime+1%.
In the end works out. If you can get a line of credit, they come in handy. Other than that, i've only looked into non monthly fee cards, and they're all pretty standard around 18.5%...most reward cards will have a monthly fee (or thats what i noticed).

yeah I have a capitol one platinum mastercard, It's pretty good as mentioned above 5.99% intrest and a 20,000 limit
and I have a cibc select visa 25 bucks a year and 9.9% intrest ......
as far as i can tell cards with rewards charge you high intrest and try to make you think they're offering value by giving you rewards ......
