yah dude I watched the replay at like 3am last night wtf [img]graemlins/dunno.gif[/img] the guy TAPPED his GLOVE he didnt whack his hand he more so hooked it a bit than anything what a pansy. If he got hurt if anything it would'a been when his own player nailed him lol

I'm disappointed in montreal here...i generally like them as one of my more favorable cdn teams after cgy, van, and edm...but with that stunt robeiro (sp) pulled the other day, kinda ashamed to say he plays on a canadian team, luckily he's not a canadian truly (er least i hope he's not). That was clearly one of the worst plays i've seen in hockey, i'd rather see the bertuzzi incident over again (apart from a dude ending up in the hospital) than see some jackass fake an injury and roll around like he's been shot only to get up and laugh.

Kovalev...glad he's not canadian either....but man he's not makin a good name for the canadians here. He gets slashed on the back of the hand, where there's tons of padding, specially in pro gloves, unless he was wearing an entry level nylon glove (which doesn't happen in the pro's) fakes an injury and assumes the world will stop for him. I would preferred he went and flopped around like a fish outta water in the corner than run into sheldon souray who's try'n to pick things up cause this jackass gave up!


I'm kinda saddened by the whole ordeal and disappointed by the canadians in general! If he maybe woulda got hit on the wrist...then i could understand. But on the back of the glove it doesn't hurt. We've smashed each other with lacrosse sticks over the back of the hand of high end hockey gloves at work, and you can feel it, but by no mean would it hurt so much that you couldn't take the puck and would give up a goal. (we used umm heavy wood lacrosse sticks...so they had some weight to them - and we aren't even using pro gloves for the most part). Now kovalev didn't even get slashed hard.

Brutal...just brutal...i don't even wanna really watch them anymore!
