I'm going to do my dammdest to get there as soon as possible....
If this meeting doesnt go too late,I will call Westec on his cell to see where you guys are..

yeah Matt,between the three of us,and a searching 8track-boy.the turnout was a little less than desired.where the hell did everyone go 
,even the organizer didn't show

So heres the rundown....
I have my name signed up for this thing...all excited...
Boss decides to have a staff meeting at the same time..attendence manditory....grrr!!
Go to staff meeting...waste an hour of my life...
Rush like a madman(Mario A. would have been proud!)to get to Chinook...do like 5 laps around the mall......NOONE!!
Ok..heard people were going to Westbrook....drive like hell there.....where in westbrook??
Call Westec...voice mail."Call me and tell me where you guys are!"...later find out hes in Saskatoon...how was I supposed to know??(BTW..Thanks for returning my call anyway,James [img]graemlins/thumb.gif[/img] )
Drive up and down street after street looking for a group of cars I recognize..NOTHING!
Ok..maybe they meant Westhills....Off to the Calgary 500 again...
Drive and drive and drive up and around all over hells half acre looking....NOTHING!
I give up...this is some hour and half and 1/4 tank of gas later....
As I am driving down Glenmore,pager goes off..LBKC!!
Find a phone..."Yeah...Me and The Lamb Brothers were the only ones who showed!..EVEN ARCANGEL DIDNT SHOW!!!"(by the way Arc...who was it that said the same day "Awww.....suck it up and come out, not like we are gonna be up late anyways...."...thanks for showing up... Come on people....if your going to say your going to be there..be there....if not,just say so.....its better than having all of us excited about getting together and not having people show....in particular if your the organizer..

I may not have made it...but,damn it,I made the effort...if it hadnt been for the staff meeting,I would have beaten everyone there...I was pumped about this deal..
I would like to see another attempt sometime(soon?),but this time have it organized by someone that is willing to show up for it after telling someone else to "suck it up"...
And yes....if people want me too,I would make a go of it....say the word...
