Start checking out sign shops that have cnc routers, I know there's alot in T.O.
They should be able to do everything for you as long as they have a proper router.
Maybe advance signage or L.A. Signs and designs, That's if they carry a good enough router if not they may be able to tell you where the closest one is since I'm sure they are in need of one at times.
As for the metal cutting, there should be metal shops around your area that can cut it or even the sign shop would know where.

we had a backyard Metal shop but that closed up

I will check into those Sign shops but they can get into $$$, I mean what would you charge for a job like this saying they were 10x10 sheets of acrylic/plexi does that include doing the program.
I mean the Job doesn't have to be done for a while and your Ottawa hmmm
you know I thought of doing it myself with my Router but thought NO as it has to be perfect and every detail has to be there.
Will look into the CNC router maybe I'll get one
