I caught the end of a story on the news tonight about an Alberta man who has been running across Canada for over 400 straight days, to raise money for the fight against cancer. He started last August 2003 in St. John's, Newfoundland. The same place that Terry Fox began his journey. He has just passed through Hope, B.C. He is trying to raise $100,000 but is about $30,000 short. I think almost everyone has been affected in one way or another by this terrible disease, whether it is a relative, or friend that has had to deal wth cancer. I donated $10 through Paypal and I am hoping that anyone else that can donate might do so, also. Thanks everyone.
