Funny you should ask.. that report came out about 3 weeks ago..

It basically a tally of all cars stolen reported to the insurance companies.. the people that do this report are on about the same calibur as revenue canada.. so 2003 should be out early 2005 if we are lucky.. [/QUOTE]
