Is this caused by an improper diet?

For the past few months, I am finding it veru difficult to keep awake during the course of the day. I get between 7-10 hrs of sleep a night on average, yet every day I still feel like I got no sleep at all. I try to excersise normally and eat as healthy as I can while in college. Yet I still feel sleep deprived.

Am I not eating properly or is something possibly wrong, gonna get checked out next week.

Stress?

Maybe try and enjoy things more... Maybe theres something bothering you??? Or maybe you have a low sugar level?? I dont know, maybe this will help... Try eating new things...

I used to feel like that too, but for me, exercise seems to give me a lot of energy.. I started working out again a couple months ago, and I feel ten times more energetic during the day than I used to.

If you don't already, I would probably take some multi-vitamins, and see if that helps. Sometimes your body is lacking certain vitamins or minerals.

Multi-vitamin plus ATLEAST 8 glasses of water. Dehydration is the biggest cause of fatigue. Exercise, eat propper, drink lots of water and take your multi-vitamin and you will notice a HUGE difference.

the seasons do effect people, it effects me, specially in winter... I cant stay awake! Summers or warm days feel way better but not always the same... Drink water is probably your best bet, I was going to suggest less sleep as well... Because if I over sleep (7.5 hours or more) then im just beat and accually feal sick, like my eyes they feal really heavy and then i get really hot really fast and so forth!! try vitamins for sure... and you should not feal like that at 20!! Hope this helps out a bit.

I am the same way, I have this sweet spot of between 7 and 8 hours, any more, and I feel like crap all day. Any less, and I feel just as bad, if not worse.
