Exclamation

As we go to the local corner Christmas tree stand with the American flag proudly flying overhead, my wife and I select a tree (my wife is there to question every decision I try to make and ultimately I am there to provide beast of burden duties, ...and to pay the nice man). I shoe horn the tree into the back seat of my car and get pitch all over the interior of the car and all over my hands (good thing I took out the seats to run new speaker wire). I realize the tree pitch on my steering wheel (from my hands) will be a beeatch to clean off but the wife insists on being driven home. The tree deposits half its needles on my carpet and in my ear as I mount it in the tree stand. The pitch is now in my carpet as well, good thing the carpet is off white. Finally the tree is up and now my wife says "it is too big, move it" so I spend the next half hour on my side with the bottom branches taking turns penetrating various facial orifices (oops...no critical listening out of that ear for a while, and no that didn't taste like chicken).
Finally everyone in the house has had their vote and I have moved the tree over 40% of my houses square footage... satisfaction at last!
I then notice a tag on the tree as I remove the tag I am taken aback by the label "Merry Christmas from Nauglers Traditional Evergreen Tree Farms Ltd., Nova Scotia, Canada" Ahh yes another joke on the Yanks. Thanks all Merry Christmas
!
