BTW MR. mugen1, take it easy on pointing the finger at ppl who you think are being racist, because I don't remember Sassmaster saying anything about a "translator".
I was just pointing a few things out. I don't think the person is a racist. I don't even know him. Nor do I know you. You paranoid?
Nuff said.............
BTW, my wife got rear ended by .... oh no...... a Caucasian. A senior, to boot. She never complained about it, but she has had back pains ever since. That was like fifteen years ago. Broke the ratchet on the seat. My daughter was also in that accident and got banged up. Never sued. Didn't even enter our minds. So, there's one for the other side, huh?
Any Hindu accident stories out there while we're at it? Sorry, East Indian accident stories.............

Aaron try and take it to court plead not guilty, I did in my accident, once ina blue moon the cop actually shows up for the court date. I dunno how it is in Alberta but where I am thats how it happens. More often than not if the cop doesn't show then it gets thrown out and you pay $0.

chris or whatever his name is.
Anyway, Aaron, you've had a string of bad luck lately. Nothing but good things for ya from now on, man......... you've had your life's quota of bad luck.
Dispute the ticket if you can. Here in BC the court dates are set like one year or so from the issue date of ticket - big backlog. By the time the court date comes up, you can argue statute of limitations (charter of rights) or chances are the cop won't show up. The only thing that might come up is that the police officer might use the other guy as a witness - highly unlikely, but you never know. The cop was not there at the time of the accident, so he's just drawing conclusions from whatever evidence there was. The guy you hit asked for the police report...... he does not need to talk to you at all. That's what you have insurance for. The guy you hit should be contacting your insurance people for any documents.
If this guy calls again, refer him to your insurance representative. If he persists, you can file for harrassment and it'll make him look really stupid come any court date. Take notes on everything that has happened - make note of times, date, etc. Especially the way he and his brother treated you.
Accidents happen and it's always ugly. The fight should be between insurance companies, not the parties involved at the scene. You made your statement, he made his. The more he makes a jerk of himself, the better for you. Be cool and let this guy hang himself.
You were not drunk or on drugs, right? You simply didn't see him. End of story.
So, my friend, take it easy and enjoy the rest of the weekend.

I try to make my comments less dry, but old age just brings out the grumpiness............. I was only trying t opoint out a few things. Nobody has to listen to it. Just dismiss it as another off the wall babbling.
I do feel for Aaron, though. He has to be one of the most genuine of people on here - doesn't have a mean bone in his body.
BTW, did you get that oil leak fixed?
