Yeah, I had a friend use them a while ago,. and she was talking about how sensitive they make your teeth..

^^^^same for our wedding we used the gel stuff, not strips works muc more even the strips u almost have to have perfect teeth to get even coverage.. the gel you put on 1 tooth at a time kinda same idea as white out, then wash it off in the morn

try to get a dentist to hook you up with the "dentist-strength" white strips. They worked EXTREMELY WELL.

I got them once. They're pretty anoyying but work well. My teef didnt get sensitive or anything but Im sure too much of it isn't good for them. It breaks them down.

sensitive how? as in cold things shoot pain through 'em or what not? I already have senstive teeth can't eat chocolate or sweets very often cuz of it.
