Does anyone has experience in interior design, and customizing the cars interior?

I just don't know if its safe to use paint for plastic on the vinyl of the car, works great for the plastic parts, but I'm afraid it can crack on vinyl since is more flexible. I looked for nice sharp blue color in all local custom shops but all they can get its that stock factory colors which are dull as hell. I'm using Patriotic Blue on the plastic parts so its nice and sharp but not to bright. I just wonder if there is anything out there i can use on vinyl of that colour.
