question: is there something special about eating fruits? why would you think u can get sick from eating fruit? this puzzles me.

ps. chunk is either gay or desparate. i was able to gauge that about him from his post where he gives his 'specs' on a forum full of men.

back on topic, last summer i ate nothing but fruit and salads for 3 weeks I lost about 15lbs and poo'd like a champ

 

I like JRace's idea. I should do that because I rarely find myself snacking on a piece of fruit when I can find something else in the cupboard that contains chocloate or potato chips

 

^^just be careful. Once you see how good the food processor purees stuff you may start adding chips and chocolate.

Try adding no-fat vannilla yogurt, vegtables, etc.

when it comes down to it, you eat too much of anything and it will eventually make you sick... Drink enough water and it can make you sick... IE water intoxication.
