I saw that video a while back. Damn funny. However you can replace the iPod's battery. They have instructions on their site on how to do it. But you are not supposed to and if you break something while doing it, it's your fault. Still funny video though! LOL!

I failed to see the funny party...either way the guy has to buy an new ipod and possibly face defacing public property charges..

Actually hes painting on the posters that are posted by someone, which is totally legal....and he has already bought a new iPod according to that site and Apple now offers a $99 battery replacement option as well as a $59 extended warrenty offer
