typical scam! None the less, i'd email him back and tell him at that price you'll take 3 if he can do it ASAP and give you a deal.

In his bad english he'll continue to talk to you and answer some questions but randomly ignore others. Maybe ask for pics of individual cameras or something (since i don't think they have serial numbers).
