the new chargers..are not bad. but here is a custom I would love to have

I've seen the new Charger pics since they came out but was waiting for the real thing to arrive to form a opinion.
Now that I see the commercial's I will stick to the original thought that it looks homely as hell.
Yes they are gonna put the Hemi and other wonderfull go fast parts but the whole four-door thing (and the car is ugly also) just reminds me more of what Chevy did to the Nova.

A 69 or 70 R/T with matching numbers in good shape will cost every penny that the new one does. The new one will eat it in performance too.
Don't misunderstand - the 66-73 Charger is one of my favourite cars of all time. Owning one is a dream.
That does not detract from the fact that the new Charger is hott [img]graemlins/headbang.gif[/img] To rag on the car soley because of the name it was given is dumb. Far worse cars have been labelled with classic names.
