richmond hill is 'OK'. the M16 shooting was somewhere downtown Toronto. Lady wasnt rich, she was used for target practice.

 

It doesn't make Toronto any less safer. Comparing to the United States, its makes perfect sense statistically speaking of course. They have 10x the population that Canada does. Which means 10x the chance of such things happening.

Maybe it's just me, but that's how I looked at it. For everyone one instance of the above occuring in Canada, it will happen to 10 times South of us. The shooting should not make you scared of being in Toronto. [img]smile.gif[/img]

 

It would make someone think about moving from their quiet area to there thats for sure. I feel safter in Ottawa than I do Toronto man.

Target practice eh? thats horrible.. were the jerks white, asian, paki, black?

 

Does it matter what race they were? Or are there city ordonances that say white people can have target practice when other races can't?

no one knows what they were, they never got caught. cops only found the shot lady and the gun couple blocks down. it was some old lady in her 60's she had no ties to any gangst in Toronto. They just shot her as he was walkin out of a donut shop and took off?

i as well dont think it matters what the guys were. the fact is that they did it. yah there were witnesses, all they saw was a 'green chrysler car'. I dont know about finger prints, they probably whiped them off the gun before they dumped it.

 

really tho all these things are done by all sorts of ppl. for example here is quote from cbc news, may this year.

Four dead after weekend shootings

Toronto — Four people are dead and a fifth person is in hospital after three separate shootings in the Greater Toronto Area over the weekend.

The first incident was early Saturday, when two men were shot to death outside a Richmond Hill nightclub. A third person was also hit in the gunfire, but is expected to recover. No arrests have been made. (these guys were asian)

In the second incident, Yhonette Ying, 25, was shot in the head outside her Rexdale home Saturday evening. Her common-law husband was arrested and charged with second-degree murder. (this guy was asian too)

Then early Sunday, Curwin Clarke, 26, was shot to death in his Coxwell Avenue apartment. (suspects in this case believed to be black)

so everyone is doin it.

 

Except for the white guys.. they only get sanctioned target practice at old ladies.. right?
