Downloading Torrents

Hey just wondering if anyone here downloads torrent files?
If so, what sites have you found useful so far for the files themselves?

Anyone know of work arounds for rogers capping the damn torrents, now the there pulling is basically connecting/disconnect took like 3 hours to download a 90 meg file... it would get 90 k;/sec then drop to 1.. and just sit there for 5-10 min at a time then startup again...

Try changing your port to 1720 I was getting over 100k/sec with that port and depending on what program you are using it may have an encryption setting to hide the torrent files

having x-rteme won't make a difference. it's the node that's the problem... heavy trafic nodes are prone to the BT throtteling... and I have regular high speed from shaw, and I'll get 750-800k solid off usenet.. they upped the speed for regular highspeed a while ago, so there is no real benefit to x-treme as far as I can see, that is unless you feel like burning 10 more bucks a month...
