well i think DVD + R is gonna win teh battle because - r cant keep up with faster write speeds. anythign newer can play dvd +r . but eventualy all thsi will jstu be replaced with blue laser tech . so meh. whatever

Your program works but only if you dont want the menus and I actually noticed a decrease in quality when iw as watching the one I backed up.

yes but they use Nero to burn the DVD, inside DVDShrink
