For those who like to wear earplugs for protection...but hate the sound quality...you can get custom made musician plugs that attenuate the sound equally (not just the highs).

Great for concerts!

Ok no but for real I know someone that would actually drive to work and other places with earplugs (the headset type) on his head of course on his ears while blaring his music as loud as he could. Is that not dangerous as u can't hear whats going on around you definately?? Its gotta be illegal lol

If you are wearing ear plugs when you are driving around, wouldn't it just be easier to turn it down a bit? Oh yeah, guess he was playing it for everyone else on the street [img]graemlins/freak.gif[/img]

In all honesty, ear plugs in loud environments are very smart. You'll thank yourself when you get older. But why would you play your stereo so loud that you can't drive without ear plugs? For competition, I could understand.. but come on!

Hearing is something I never really had as a child, its something I want to keep for as long as possible. I never crank my stereo in my car...ever..I keep it at the same level alaways..im boring..lol

yah mine getz blared but I alwayz have the windows open so I can hear whatz around me n I dont crank it that loud I crank it loud enough to feel it lol Subs were meant to be felt [img]graemlins/thumb.gif[/img] not to mention every so often and everytime Im stopping at a light or intersection the att loud button is on so I can hear around.

it doesn't matter....I'm 100% deaf. I was born deaf. I drives a CRX. I have my own full driver license. I know many deaf people who drives too. Thats normal. They are legal to drive. [img]smile.gif[/img]
