Ebay Deal
Found a good deal (at the moment) for a Phoenix Gold Xenon 600.1 amp on ebay with the police auctions.
Its at $177 right now which is a pretty good deal. It says on the page that you cant test the amp there to make sure it works first, but after it leaves their hands your SOL if it doesnt work.

Just a note: Police auctions are NOTORIOUS for selling off knowingly-busted stuff as-is. Lots of police get a hold of this crap before it goes to aucion, whether that's right or not, and test this stuff for their kids. I know a few police in the toronto police force who sift through this crap and put it back if it's busted.
So, since this amp is better than average, I would question whether it is actually untested or if some random cop tried it and it didn't work thus leaving it to be auctioned off.

Ya I can see that happening. It ended up going for $325 which isnt a whole lot less than you can get a brand new one on ebay for. It does seem kind of funny that in the description they put they dont warranty it after it leaves their location.
I know the sale makes them money, but it's funny to see police forces and cities everywhere fighting noise violations and then to see a police auction selling an amp for someone to go put in their car and go slamming around neighborhoods with!

Even worse, up in old Canada, stealing your satellites is an art. Idiot police raid houses, confiscate the crap, charge the guy for programming / selling satellite stuff, then auction the stupid systems off on eBay. That was a BIG mistake, lots of people complained about that.
