Ok, so this is about the 100th time I've received an email for the same thing except from like a whole bunch of different people.

And I've generally noticed its just in Hotmail...

Has anyone else received an email about
winning $10,000,000.00? from Ten Spot: It pays to have friends ???

It claims that it comes from someone you know, even a family member, inviting you to win money of course. I've got this same email 3 times from each of my friends, but after the 2nd time I know they wouldn't send it a 3rd time. [img]graemlins/dunno.gif[/img]

Anyone else getting this and know either how to block it or another solution? If you filter it you don't see the email you receive from your friends and/or family anymore...

I was thinking of blocking the address however the address it gives you is your friends that apparently sent it (which we know didnt) so if i were to block it in this case its my dads, then I would no longer see his emails in my inbox.

 

Yeah I've gotten it a couple times now from the same person. It's being regenarated somehow.

 

I've gotten a good 10-12 of those.

Meh I sent the person an email saying I don't do chain mail after the 2nd 1 and there hasn't been any more in the box <shrug>
