I came home to a letter today saying they are threatening to overturn my bankruptcy if I dont come up with some serious cash in the sum amount of about$1300 to $1500 to make up what I didnt pay them so I could go "play"....

I'm kinda starting to wish I had never gotten into car audio now.....

Because I got so hooked,I'm on the verge of loosing absolutly everything now....

Any ideas?

I did this to myself,but car audio was/is an escape for me....my car with the stereo blasting is the only refuge I have where noone else exsists...noone can make me feel bad...

and now,even that in some ways has turned on me....its become a drug that in the end may be my ruin....


yeah yeah...I know..."ooooohhh poor Aaron...whining again..."to any of you who are thinking this way.....dont bother replying....i dont need **** like that right now....

anyway....if you want to offer some CONSTRUCTIVE ideas,by all means,right now I am all ears...but if all your going to do is put me down and bellyache...dont bother....

BTW....To ArcAngel.....Sorry I went off the loose end man.....just one of my bad natures....I hope one to meet you in person and appologize face to face...

You are working full time right now? Maybe look at a line of credit to get you through until you can get some more $$$$ together. Sorry to hear about the problems, I am always broke too.

it may be too late...

as I read this document,it has been filed already.If this is the case,I am of the understanding that my debts will be reinstated..and in that case,they would then demand full payment right now...and when I tell them I cant,well....of to court we go!!But,not being of a legal mind,I could likely be wrong about this......this is just the impression that people have given me in the past.....

I have a buddy coming over to look over the document and then he will phone a legal buddy of his and see what it all means....

sell your car. make them see that your serious. you can get another car after you establish your credit again.other than that sell whatever you got. 2nd job couldn't hurt either

1. try to borrown money from family

2. try to borrow money from your friends

3. ask them to give you an extension for the payment

4. ask for legal assistance which you already going to do

5. get rid of the car audio you have, you dont really need it.

There is a way in every situation to get out of it. Just curious, what was it that you declared bankruptcy on ?

I already had everything arranged as far as I knew....

but by the looks of things they neglected to inform one office of a change of appointment.

As I am typing this,my friend here is faxing the letter to his legal buddy to be looked at...

I will make a posting letting you know whats what

If it winds up like I feel it might and I loose everyting,I would likely move back to Winnipeg and live with my mom while I regroup...

But thats gettign waaaaayyy ahead of things there.....
