Some of the newer torrent site/forums, like elite torrents, will grant a user more 'priveledges' if he or she has a better ratio.

Like a user with a high sharing ratio will get access to new torrents first, while a pure 'leecher' will have to wait or something.

For some people this makes a big difference.

Personally I dont care, but a lot of people apparently do, so to each their own.

 

That's actually a good way to ensure it stays a p2p Buffdaddy. with the higher better ratio opinion. Makes sense I like that.
