Feet and Knee Pain?
well here's the siuatuion. i work usually 4-5 days a week, and most shifts are about 7-8 hours long. i get some time to sit down, but 90% of the time i'm standing. I already have something called Planter-facitious(spelling?) it is when the tendens or muscle in the arch of the foot pull way from the heel! VERY painful stuff.. i go for physiotherapy, and i ice them all the time etc etc.
i also workout all the time, and do some biking (i can't run much because of my feet) and i eat very well to. But doesn't matter what i do for my feet and knees they just keep getting worse! it's like really bad muscle and joint pain! any suggestions for what you guys do for joint, and muscle pain that works?

try MSM
It is a sulphur-derivative supplement that acts as a sort of natural anti-inflammatory
I know when I had serious joint pain near the end of my football career I used this for abotu a month and it almost totally disappeared.
Its cheap and you can buy it at most supplement/nutrition shops.

Go see a foot doctor.
You most likly need orthotics or orthopedic shoes.
you're work load is a joke compared to an installer this time of year. 6 days a week average shift is 8-10 hours long on concrete floors.
Orthotics is the best 300 bucks I spent on my feet.

^ I agree. Orthotic shoe inserts can really help with the plantar fascitous (sp?) and overall provide a proper support so your feet won't get sore.
Not cheap, but worth it.
My g/f has them and have really helped her.
I use generic insoles (Spenco) for the arch support. I find they make a big difference for me.
Good Luck.
