ya I got fired from sturgeon auto body today. last week my cheque wasnt right, anyway I didnt know how my boss pays us and you can never find him. so I just run it by 2 of my buddys there saying well what should he have paid me..like diductions or anything like that. so the next day I do find him and I talk to him about it and blah blah blah. .this morning I come in for work and he says..I hurd from a couple guys that YOU were talking behind my back about how I pay you....I dont know how you did this here I said. and then my boss Larry goes on to say I dont want someone who does that working for me. Just like that. all I have to say is he is an and never deal with him or his company K thanks.

but dont you think thats a pritty weak way of firing someone. I didnt know this in the first hand. [img]graemlins/dunno.gif[/img] and now Im sad and mad..and I wish I still worked there.

on the other note im looking for a job now for the rest of the summer

Sounds like he already wanted to get rid of you. How long have you been working there? Maybe you're in line for some severance.

 

first of all **** him, if he gon fire u like that i have nothing else to say.

secondly get that ****er back and make some noise with the human rights comission.

 

no documentation. it was the day after I got my cheque so ya i only talked to 2 people about how the payments happen there. and ya newb I think he did really want to get rid of me. but I did my job and everything he told me to do. I did extra work to to make this run smooth...and one little incident he does that. I agree im going to go talk to the humans rights commission. to be honest i replay the whole morning over again and it seemed like a REALLY stupid way of firing someone. wrongful dismissal ya I think so.

 

1- sounds pretty weak
2- sounds like not working for him shouldn’t bother you
3- he is too insecure, probably due to a small *****

 

man now if only coop would fire me and i could work at ford full time, right now i'm only semi part time.

I think I got a new job accually. the same day I get fired. so i guess its not that bad. tomorrow im going in to get started
