I'm starting to get bord with everything I know how to make. I like stir frys, east indian, a bit of orental, and well, anything along those lines. Can anyone suggest anything for dinner tonight? Dinner for 1 but I like to have leftovers

Cook up some chicken any way you like to do it (teriyaki is good) and then chop it up and add it to a caesar salad. Rene's dressing is awesome, very strong on the garlic though, be warned. Make your own croutons, add parmesan and some lemon juice, makes a good lunch the next day also.

the other night I didnt have much to choose from so I baked perogies in the oven with butter onions and green peppers, then when they were almost done I put spaghetti sauce and cheese on them and cooked a bit longer. it was great!...but then I love perogies.

Baked Macaroni with Ground Beef

Cook up some macaroni noodles grate up about half a block of either marble or medium cheese.

Cook some ground beef however u want to, then when those tasks are done find a bowl that'll be ok to go in the oven at about 450 degrees mix the macaroni the cheese half a can of tomato soup and the ground beef all together in the bowl till its all mixed good, if u have some bread crumbs sprinkle 'em ontop of it then throw it in the oven for about half an hour.

Had this last night and it was awesome, sometimes it tastes good with canned tomato chunks in it too
