With all the politics that go on between the provinces and Ottawa, including the problem Quebec has with an identity crisis, I say why not let them seperate.., then join them.

Haven't you heard about the NWT? Their diabolical leaders schemedto be sure to keep all Nanuvutians down, oppressing them, taunting their sled dogs, you know all that bad stuff.
I think Dukk was trying to inject some humour here, all though any post about Newfoundland is going to be funny in some way.
