Hmm. where do I start!

Love the front end. But I think the truck needs the correct rims. The stockies dont do it justice.

As far as reliability, noone can really say.
I do not have the inline five, and that would have been the wise choice. The 2.8l 4 is GUTLESS and pre-ignites ALL the time. *ping ping*

You cannot get the revs up high enuf to get going at any rate.. the clutch always seems so stall the motor out to around 1k. Then your on the gas trying to get it going she rattle like a bitch.

STAY AWAY from the 4. ack!

The body panels are thin. as well as the bumpers. Actually the bumpers are a little thicker in Ga (NOT MUCH), IMO the ga. on the bumper should be used on the body panels.

Already had a mishap.. and it crumpled so easy.

The stock model is so cheap.. and I understand you get what you payfor but man.. wtf were they thinking. Had the thing 2 days and the steering wheel developed a squeak when turning left.
the seats are so cheap and broke when I went to move the seat up. The center consol wouldn't be dollar store material.

Its noisy inside! and the air conditioning is weak to say the least. Crank it up and you get a horrible whistling sound coming from gawd knows where.

Rides excellent on the highway. < really surprised with that.

All in all I like it .. specially cause I dont have to pay for it. But if I had....

There again it is a base model.. dont know how different the 30k models are.

Great for stereos. The dash is shaped nicely for mids in the doors.

Have I forgot anything? prolly.

rad, thanks for all the input keep it coming. i still have 2 weeks to make a decision but i just got off the phone with my dealership and worked out some stuff on a crew cab, loaded with cloth and buckets. also with the 5cyl auto, its a little more than my sunfire but i got some extra dosh to play with and i'm not used to being comfortable with the money so gotta put the stress back on also i am currious if anyone has any idea what these are like on gas in day to day use.
