Drinking laws state that if you have your picture taken while partying then you have the right to ask they be deleted or dissappear.
However, if you do not catch the person taking the pic or you're too drunk/passed out when the pic is taken then you have lost your chance to decide what happens with the pic and it is free reign for whomever has posession of said pic.
