i started playing around with it and looking at different places some really cool stuff. in some places you can get to less then 500ft and have clear images.my friend came over and showed me the school he went to in the states and what hotels he stayed in. some of the pictures are really old but im sure it will all get updated one day.
it kinda scares me of that this is only what the public sees. what kind of stuff does the FBI and such have?

There used to be a website that would give you satelite pics from anywhere in the world and would get much closer than that. It was called myplacefromspace.com The site is no longer running, but when it was you could get really close. Within a couple hundred feet. You could see actual buildings quite clearly.

intresting. the picture i posted is 15 min away from saskatoon
in the major cities the images are alot clearer. and can be viewed a couple hundred feet off the ground.
