These aren't really gross, just pics of my teeth after it was done. So if you think pics of pulled teeth are going to make you sick then don't look.

heh Cool, I had mine out many moons ago, and I never got to keep them

But I did have to send flowers to the nurses the next day. Y'see, I'm allergic to common local aenesthetics, what your average dentist shoots into your mouth could kill me (the one time it did affect me adversely, when I was a little kid, it wasn't a pretty sight).

So, we opted for me to be put under a general. That means they knocked me right out for the surgery. Having never been "under" before, and being allergic to locals, I was more than a little paranoid going in.

The aenesthesiologist (whew taxing my spelling abilities today!), just as he was cranking the stuff into my arm, said something like "Oh geez, we could give ya a local no prob!".

A--hole. Not something you say to someone that's paranoid of dying in the next 30 seconds. Panic set in and WHAM I felt the juice burn my arm and I was out.

So... When I came too, I was still panicked. If you've met me, you know I'm not a small guy - it took four nurses and that aenesthesiologist to hold me in place until I calmed down, I was one pissed off violent GrizZz. They also shot me full of Demerol to calm me down...

Two of the nurses had visible bruises on their arms before I even left... I felt bad, so I sent 'em flowers the next day.

Mine came in when I was 13... straight as an arrow and didn't hurt one bit. It was kindof funny my dentist was like "That's odd... your wisdom teeth are all in... didn't you feel them?" Nope. Guess I was lucky I've heard quite a few people say they hurt like hell.

But I guess I am odd when it comes to that... I had 3 sets of upper front teeth.
