ok i know its a little late for halloween now but heres something for next year. did this one myself a couple years back and won big bucks...PAPA SMURF...get yourself some blue body make-up cover yourself from head to toe in it..get a pair of red shorts and get a red hat that looks like one of those goofy hats the jokers wear when you look at a deck of cards and finally paint a big bushy white mustache and beard on with white make-up. no shirt, just the shorts and hat...just the ***** alone to do this should win you something
