I get no day off with pay, cranky customers who want things done yesterday and they don't want to pay for it. Have I ever mentioned that I hate this time of year?... where's my cane so I can smack someone with it.

A lot of gov. departments get a "personal day" and the intention was for it to be used on your b-day

Does anyone ever choose to pick their week or two week or how ever many your allowed, holidays during the last couple weeks before christmas and of christmas to avoid 'hating' this particular time of the year for working? lol
