2000 Pontiac Sungire GT - Black, with active alarm...
Full coverage, $300 deductible (I think)
22 years old, single
Premium - $330/month
They put me on as commonlaw with my gf and it went down to $230/month
Those premiums also include my renters insurance on my apartment....
This is with Statefarm.

RBC ... they're the only insurance company I can find that doesn't screw you if you have a pen1s.

im with state farm, I switched last year cause my first insurance company wanted to charge me 5 grand for my 99 corolla(mind you I was 17 at the time, but its still more than I was willing to pay). state farm wanted $2600 when I was 17. now im 19 and they want $2400. but I also save a bunch of money cause I keep a B average in university. my insurance would be $3100 a year but I keep a B average and I get a "good student discount" that saves me approx $700 a year. the only problem with state farm is that they are bastards about modded cars. I read an article about it somewhere, I'll try to find it...

I found the article. this guy got dropped by state farm cause his car is lowered. so I doubt they will insure people with real performance mods, not just things that improve handling.

WTF does being single and having good grades have to do with insuring your car ................that's nuts, all that should matter is your driving record and the car

holy crap thank god i dont live and drive in ontario!
i pay 1200 a year for full, to the nutz coverage on my 02 rio, 2 things that help, the fact that its a 5 door somewhat family car, and that im listed as a secondary driver on it (share it with my mom)
whats insane is when i was 16 i was lookin at getting an 81 mazda GLC for 300$, after a driving course and all that, i would have only been paying 3300 a year. and ur payin more then twice that.....
oh, and i have one ticket, and wrote off our sunbird last year when a fish truck cut me off...
its crazy that u gotta pay twice my car payment just for insurance man....
how can anyone afford to drive in that province?? id probly be payin like a grand a month just to have my car sit in the driveway, cus i couldnt afford gas.....
