I know many.
What do you want to do first?
The cracked frame is a BIG issue though, man...it may only need to be 'boxed' if it runs parralel to the frame rail, but if it is perpendicular its more trouble than its worth a lot of the time, though you knew that already I am sure.
I have a pretty good sheet metal/body panel shop connection.
I also have a GREAT bodyman, but he is a little rough around the edges to deal with (older drunker newfie who's inhaled a few too many fibreglass fumes, hehe..gotta love him though)...though his work is ridiculously good for the cost.
Basically, you can drop your car off and say 'hey, no worries, take your time, do a good job, no rush'...and he WILL take his time, but he also WILL do an incredible job for a real good price, but he WILL take his time..lol.
Both the sheet metal shop and the bodyman are in the Weston/401 area.
What style Cutlass is it? F85? Coupe? Supreme?
Wanna sell it cheap? lol.

If you ask around to business' that cater to the Hot Rod industry, they should know people. Like you ask a company that does Hot Rod interiors, or custom tint, or a HOt Rod body shop that can steer you in the right direction. Thats what I did to find out who was able to do quality work on my 1970 Firebird Formula 400. Its just asking around, most people would gladly steer you towards the best people they know of.
