we always get paid training cause it's during work time, then 80% of the time it gets pulled because we go into queue and we loose service level...Stay away from a place called STREAM they are ****, that's who I work for...The SDM just pulled a guy off midnights and blammed him for pooring water on his chair.. meanwhile no one did anything and just accused him... There cheap *** bastards who don't care about there employees
well right now in trainning I make $10.30/h after 2 months of work I will make $11/h ...and zach thats sweet man I just got done my first day and well I have never been in a company like this before....it seems fun so far

lol, ya......im still at 10.00 because "I wasnt there for 6 months when the raises were being given out, so I must wait another 6 months"....10$...but, they are usually desperate for overtime, and I made 35$/hr on christmas..holidays = big money.
You got to learn to use that hold button like a pro, and if they ask you why you keep dropping calls you point out that the release button is right next to the mute button LOL!
Aux jumps and extended pre-shifts.....after 7 months and no respet you do stuff like that...
