hiding home theatre cabling

Hey folks....so we recenlty disconnected the surround sound at the house as it was a hazard to both people and likely the stereo equipment as some of the cabels were simply run accross the floor to speakers.

Theoretically i suppose if we have enough cable we could run the speaker wiring through the ceiling, but what sort of options do i have for hiding it going up the walls...don't really wanna drill into the walls???

And whats it worth or where can i buy it at?
