I do not want to be too serious on this topic since there are few universally correct answers. The correct answer is often relative to the couple in question. I have been lucky to marry an exact opposite and we get along 47% of the time. A word of warning; in a 50-50 relationship can you still play and pay for car audio?

Not fully sure what you mean here but made me think: My wife has no problems with me paying $25-$30 every couple of months for flowers for her, but when I suggest $100 for a new set of front speakers "You can put the stock ones back in and they work just fine. We don't need them right now and can't afford it." Funny, I feel the same way about flowers but I still buy him because they make her happy.

Tomorrow I'm going to tell my wife that car audio is 'flowers' to me. I don't see the beauty or purpose that she sees in flowers, and she doesn't here the beauty I hear in better speakers. But I still buy her flowers.
