how to bond stainless steel and abs plastic?

So....my lil dog is pretty much the most destructive thing ever. We've bought him a large kennel which is essentially a small jail cell. The floor of it is ABS plastic.

I've also bought 3 untippable bowls (2 for him, 1 for the other dog cause he's scared of the big water cooler type setup). These bowls are stainless still.

Although he can't dump the bowl he can push it around the cell and in the process gets water everywhere. I'd like to somehow secure the bowl to the floor (plastic).

I don't think the bowl has enough metal to bolt down, so i'd like to do an adhesive of some sort. Any suggestions.

If your looking for something such as a glue, gorilla glue is stupidly strong. We took 2 2x4's, slapped some gorilla glue between them, and they snapped in half before we could get them apart.

My Dog did the same thing. What i did was cut out a hole and drop the Cage over the water dish. Now it can't move.

it's a shitzhu crossed with a 1/8th bichon friese.

Anywho, you don't even want to know what i came home to today....

Cutting a hole out is a really good idea. I assume I can just got the hole with a jigsaw? the plastic isn't gonna crack will it? (not that i have a jigsaw...but yeah)

Jig saw will crack the abs i used a hack saw blade, and took my time. You could also drill a couple of holes in the dish and zip tie it to the cage. That's what i would do, your dog is small. I got a 75lbs chocolate lab she's a bit bigger. That's why i cut a hole but just zipping it should work.

you can buy this heavy duty velcro at any crafts store, it has a sticky side.it's pretty could stuff and I doubt the dog would be able to move it, and you'd be able to remove the bowl for whatever reason, also there's this thin magnetic sheeting(sometimes see them on commercial vehicle doors) this stuff can be glued face down(gorilla glue as pass mentioned is killer stuff).the magnetic stuff comes on a roll and any sign shop wouldn't charge that much for a 1'x2' piece of it.

I've got an English Bull Terrier. 60 pounds of pure muscle sitting a foot and a half tall with the mind of a crackhead.

How many couch staples has your dog eaten?
