OK, so I was attempting to get some more emoticons from this site called "Hotbar".

I only got halfway into downloading from that site when I realized i didn't want a bunch of the stuff and exited.
Now I have pop-ups once and a while and my "search" window is from Hotbar even though the settings say MSN.

I looked in my add/delete file and erased the Hotbar piece that was there

Try downloading ad-aware and/or spybot search and destroy, they seem to help with that kind of problem.

I'll try that Jeepbeats.

I tried the first one suggested and it uninstalled but I am having the same problem still.

If you can, try ad-aware again, it's free, and works good.

adaware and spybot only give you a free search for the files on your computer. Then you have to buy the product to get it to delete them.
At least that's all I could find on the site.

Tinted, let me know when it's on your site. Thanks.
