I guess using the American/Canadian way of pronouncing "roof" was a bad analogy, got a little side tracked
Back to my original post I agree with kicker - like the American "roof" (The same things that dogs say "wuff" not "w-ewe-ph")
And to Mr. East side if your pronouncing of "roof" is so right, then why is it that when the majority of American's say "roofer," they say "Rue-fur" like we do in Canada.
Don't try and deny it, I have a bunch of friends in MI and Ohio who are in construction and they all say "rue-fur." As Whacker said, it's cultural differences you Dingdong and hoho. (Sorry, I had to say that because those are things that we don't have here)
Much like you lack Ketchup chips, Dill pickle chips (I mean true dill, not that california dill crap) smarties in box that are chocolate, kinder eggs, and so on . . .

see now to say the "american" way of sayin anything is the right way is 110% wrong, the number of accents down in the states is only surpassed by the number of drugs george dubya neices are takin on a long weekend,
at the same time all u people out east talk almost as weird as americans.... the farther east ya go the worse it gets, and u ontarians does "hamburgs" mean anything to ya???? lol....anything east of that is just a mess....cus u got the seudo french, then the maritimes..... and yea i lived in NS for 10 years so i know all bout the 1000lb "ARRRRRRRR"

wuffer or wuh-fur not woo-fur or wue-fur
I pronounce roof the opposite
rufe not ruhff
That is probably the ugliest bunch of words I have ever seen.
American or Canadian it doesn't matter, we're all here for Car Audio not a "Grammar Rodeo"
