How does block-buster's no more late fee's work???

From what I understand,from now on you need a credit card number for them to bill late charges or the cost of the flick too....

I heard something about them getting every old member to reapply....no CC no membership.... [img]graemlins/bs.gif[/img] to me...

its commn to canada soon, theres no late fees but if you bring the movie back after 2 weeks (dont quote me on that time frame) they either charge a restocking fee or you can buy the movie off them and they will give you the proper case, they are obviously doing this to compete with those online rental places, sounds like a good deal , but ill be mad if i go to rent a movie and there all gone because people are treating the place like a futureshop.

^ That is correct. I think it has something to do with the lawsuit filed against them, and they lost because of overcharging on late fees.
