Good question. Normally depends on the mood and urgency.
I'm on the highways alot and when I'm in a hurry, I go 40 above.
If there's no urgency then its 20 above.
And if a ricer just cut me off.
Its the governer.
:P

Thats why they put shoulders on the road, that are just wide enough for a bike to pass.

I drive normaly 70kmh in town and at the Autobahn (highway) ...
as fast as I can (round about 200kmh)
