How do I prevent other users on my computer from using certain programs on Windows XP from their accounts??

For example I dont want my little brother using MSN messenger from his account on XP.

I tried right clicking on the program then going into properties but the security tab isnt showing.

I know this is possible because Ive done it before on XP before I formatted the computer.

Thanks
shawn

When you right click a program in windows XP it brings a window with properties options for that program. In that window it's suppose to have a secuity tab which then lets you modify as to who are allowed access to that program from their log-in accounts in windows XP.

This option is not showing when I do this

Is this an SP2 feature? If so do you have SP2 installed?
