I think that vid was taken in Africa, but i could be wrong. some of those guys sure ran fast when a car was comin towards them...

I think they can handle a gun as good as they can a car?

they are trying to do moving donuts.. looks pretty cool when they get it done but they can't ****in drive (obviously) and rumor has it this vid is from Saudi Arabia.
