So once again the outdated and mis-programed computers that we use at work have got me in hot water again!

Whoever the dumbass is that programs the damn things entered some misinfo, which caused me in my haste to accidently order the wrong brake drums for one of our account customers...Instead of ordering him the $47 ones I quoted him,I ordered him,shipped hiim and he installed a set of $120 drums...oh thats $120 EACH!!

So now the boss who I'm supposed to be done with on Saturday basiclly wants my head on a platter...Even though it wasnt entirely my fault!!

I have made a similar mistake in the past,which I took full repsonsibility for,so now everyone's saying I did it again...

If the mother ****er hadnt put in the one heading, it would have got me mixed up and all would be could....

I've reached a point where I think I will use the books from now on and only use the pre-Atari dinosaur to get prices and make invoices...Probably take twice as wrong, but worth it...

The current boss lady is ranting about billing me the difference...I've got enough hours as of late and all, I think I'll just tell her to go ahead and be done with it..

God I can't wait to get out of this hell hole!! [img]graemlins/banghead.gif[/img]

THe installer who did the work put them on and sent the customer on his way before looking at the billing...the brake drums are history...

As far as the whole billing me thing...I just dont feel like dealing with another stupid confrontation with this woman again...Just freakin well bill me, let me work my last week and be done with it..

I've had enough of this store,the people(with a few exceptions) its policies and most of all the managment!!

Well..now that I've calmed down a little..I won't be seeing the boss lady til Thursday so hopefully she will have calmed down by then as well...

My boss at the 'new' store is alot more down to earth...You make a mistake, he asks to hear your side, then takes it from there...

This woman because she's owner runs things like a drill srgt.Last time I made a mistake like this I was told there was no excuse for a mistake like this as I have been with the company long enough to know better....not one chance to say anything in my defence...

Its so unfair..I work my [img]graemlins/2xblown.gif[/img] for this company,stress myself out making sure I'm doing everything by the book and all I ever get is lectures and critizim when I make a mistake once in a while..Meanwhile Cpt.Jackass is sitting in the back desk area making turkey noise(literally),shows up when he feels like it, insults,demeans and belittle everyone he can....and he gets praise in our company newsletter.... [img]graemlins/banghead.gif[/img] By the way,if you think I'm joking,I am dead serious ebout all of it...turkey noises and all!!

Goes to show,the good guy never wins!

Well well well...To my suprise not one word was said to me by the boss lady..I'm stunned...

I'm figuring she's thinking"Ahh...hes gone in a couple days anyway..."

And to make things even better,for the last day I am supposed to be under her rule,she's shipped me off to another store...So tommorow is my last day of dealing with the crap...WHOOHOO!! [img]graemlins/headbang.gif[/img]

And yes...I do need to build some backbone....Its a job in progress..hehe..
