the shop told me when they did the job ,we did not undo that side .

i have had that suv for 2 yrs run it hard and never had it go ,3 weeks after they fixed it ,the 1st time i ran it hard it popped off ............

what would you do ?


ps i'm trying to fix this with icbc too , if the shop did not do it the crash did then .

Something's wrong there. It's unfortunate about your mishap and I'd be pretty certain it was related to your accident.

 

it was a long weekend and where the car is was one place to get a car form and had none so get a car to me was going to be get car form a rent a car place is 2hrs to have one come to you 2hrs to there place and then you need to get home and to fly home you need to get to the airport the is 2hrs a way and the 1 cab that is there is a Mercedes-Benz 300D
SOMETIMES YOU GET TO GO HOME AS FAST AS YOU CAN and the sad part is it was the bus

 

I love mechanics... As a stereo installer if we put in a radio and 3 months later the dude's back tire falls off they still try to say it was our fault but a mechanic (body shop) can do a major repair to the front end of a truck and all they have to say is 'oh we didn't touch that' and their word is gold.

I'd be freaking..

if i need to go to Court it will be a hard one to win but if i name the shop and icbc i might win
but icbc is not nice to be in Court with

 

Realize it or not,by being nice youre letting them know you wont fight them til the end,and will prolly drop it in and they wont have to pay.
Give em proper and stick to it right from the get go,let them know they are responsible and stick to it!
