Some janitors make huge cake, like $24.00hr. Might not be a glamours job but it sure will get you somewhere and provide for all of life's goals.

If you have experience or your really good at it you have that opportunity, more so with Future Shop.

And as Chris said (which was a very good point might I add) to each their own. Some people wanna be garbage men some people wanna be surgeon's.

Some people also love bein janitors and also like MR2 said, some janitors make mad cash

Rather do a job I enjoy than one I can't stand. I can compare my 2 jobs over 4 years, Sears vs Burger King, I liked Burger King better it was a better experience and because I can't stand to sit around all day at a job, I liked the variety of tasks I was able to take on at BK. Fast Food bad job not really, crappy pay but as long as you enjoy that type of work and the people your interacting with its not a bad job at all.

congrats aaron,
hey - does this mean that now you can hook us up with even better deals and get even better discounts? let's talk...

speaking of promotions i was just put in the position to ask my boss for a raise last night...but i didn't, another employee did and a few others were going to but didn't, nor did i. but i got to thinking. my job is perfect where it is right now. i work the hours that i want, i drink coffee and read the paper for half of my shift, i get to work with hot chicks all the time and i get tips for doing dick all!!!

hell, if i had a promotion, i would only have more responsibilities!!! why would i want more work!?!

So today was the first day at my new postion..well..first day of training anyway.

It was likely one of the longest work days I ever had, but at the same time wasnt all that bad.I woke up at 5:30 am,started work at 7:30am and other than my hour for lunch,I went straight thru to 9:45pm.

I had forgotten it was end of month and its the ***-man's job to run all the reports for the month and so forth.Seemed to take forever...but still didnt seem as bad as some of my previous ***-men have made it out to be.

As far as "scenery"....2 very attractive young ladies are our cashiers...oh yeah!!Diggity Diggty!!

Anyway,I think I'm going to enjoy the position...

It 11:30pm..I'm beat.....I'm going to bed!

nothing wrong with being a janitor. I would not complain about $60,000/year if all i had to do is mop and vacume. thats more than some teachers make.
